Bogdan is an Associate Professor at School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, University of Leicester. He fell in love with mathematics as a child, taking part in various mathematics competitions, including the International Mathematical Olympiad where he won gold and silver medals. His research interests include many areas of pure and applied mathematics, as well as mathematical exposition. He is the author of two books about great recent mathematical theorems.
