Clive D Fraser is a Jamaican-born microeconomics theorist. He has taught at the Universities of York, Warwick, and Leicester - where he has been a Professor of Economics since 1995. Clive's main research area is the theory of public economics. His current research centres on shared goods, charity and safety, especially where there are many interdependent decision-makers and/or risk impacts significantly.
